Job Description:
1. Design and create a variety of technical documents. To draft/ edit and format basic to moderately complex technical manuals, project and/or other technical documentation. Validate the procedures available and ensure timely update of any changes or process updates. Drafts and/or edits basic web content.
2. Researches and translates technical information for technical and non-technical users. Edits and/or reformats copy and ensures documentation is in compliance with corporate standards. Work according to the established guidelines for organization and design of work.
