1.    Exceptional trouble shooting ability
2.    Should have Knowledge of Remedy AR System or CMDB.
3.    Proven customer service management expertise
4.    Excellent written & verbal communication
5.    knowledge and understanding in Windows/UNIX system L2 level
6.    knowledge and understanding of Database Administration, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc. – L2 Level
7.    Should have Knowledge and understanding of basic Networking concepts
8.    Ability to learn and effectively utilize Customer Support tools/resources
9.    Proactive in learning new versions, products, modules.
10.  Good concepts on Application workflow – should have an understanding of workflow concept.
11.  Knowledge and understanding of BMC-Remedy Products
12.  Knowledge of ITSM Applications
13.  Basic Concepts of ITIL.
14.  ITIL Foundation certification.
Job Description :
1.    Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries (via phone, e-mail, web.
2.    Maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with all required data and fields
3.    Escalate service requests and issues appropriately.
4.    Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
5.    Prepare for and support new products within technical area
6.    Generate Knowledge Base entries
7.    Exercise independent thought within defined procedures and practices
8.    Manage priorities and act on factors that create priorities.
